This resort does truly have potential and wants to be a good resort. It just still has ways to go, so due to some inconveniences, I don’t think it was worth the money I paid. The suite was quite good. The mountain view was good, I guess - but I was also overlooking a bunch of construction gear and workers too, plus I could’ve done without the a/c unit blowing straight into me as I sat on the balcony. The internet was very poor and often not really working. Half the hotel isn’t even finished, and so there was noise sometimes and workers everywhere. But the thing that was most annoying is that the hot water started running out pretty quickly. We reported it, and they turned up the water heater, but it still felt like hot water is limited and it soured the shower experience to have to worry about this. All in all though, the place is very nice and well taken care of. The pool and hot tub are great and have a good view. I think this resort is just still going through some growing pains!

Our suite was spacious but very outdated and dingy. The master bedroom was hot and never really cooled down. Instead of replacing the old tile and grout flooring they just splashed some ultra high gloss sealant over it, which looks and feels gross. The hallways are dark and creepy, per my three-year-old. We did enjoy the pool at the Wyndham resort next door, since the Miners club was having theirs resurfaced. Overall the stay was fine, but I don't think we'll be back.

Easy check in, great location, good pool area

What an incredible property. Charles at the front desk was so friendly and nice and accommodating. Because it was my birthday they upgraded us to a historic room and it was absolutely amazing. Honestly you will not regret staying here the whole vibe is just perfect.

The location was ideal, and we appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer even though we didn't use them. We would have loved to stay longer.
